You will oversee each phase of construction, maintain a clean and safe job site, conduct homeowner orientations, and manage inventory homes throughout the process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in residential construction management
• Strong, on-site project management skills
• History of driving production through managing multi-trade projects on schedule
• Valid driver’s license required, as driving is an essential function of this position
