Your primary function of this position is to serve as WSU's Construction Manager with Facilities Services, overseeing the work of consultants, contractors, and WSU staff. You are responsible for developing and managing budgets, directing construction activities, and ensuring proper inspection of multiple minor capital projects delivered through Public Works bids or by WSU shops. In this role, you provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff while ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with university standards. Additional Information: This is a full time (100% FTE), permanent position. Overtime eligibility will be determined based on final salary placement.
