Extensive Construction Experience : A deep understanding of the complexities of construction, backed by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, with 10 years preferred . Credentials: Professional Engineer (PE) License in Virginia and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designations are preferred . What You’ll Do: Project Oversight: Command complex construction projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
