WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS As the Construction Manager - Field Supervisor, your workdays unfold with purpose. Embrace a full-time commitment, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, as you take the helm of the residential building process. Picture yourself orchestrating projects with finesse, collaborating closely with Project Owners and Contractors. You'll not only identify project budgets but also recruit and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality and schedule standards are the guiding stars. Regular site visits become your canvas for tracking progress and maintaining a secure residential working environment. From overseeing remodel projects, spanning kitchens to entire houses, to meticulously managing tools, field reports, and schedules - your leadership will leave an indelible mark on every construction endeavor. THE TYPE OF LEADER WE'RE LOOKING FOR Requirements: 5+ years of residential project management experience Ability to read project plans and blueprints Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reside within 20 minutes of Hermosa Beach Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of residential project management experience Experience and knowledge of accounting and budgeting systems and practices Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal COME THRIVE WITH US!
