Requirements

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field
  • Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn project-specific software systems, including Microsoft Office 365 (ex Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Procore, Adobe, and BlueBeam
  • Exceptional customer and client focus with ability to succeed in a team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with general construction and design preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the project management team with subcontractor and supplier coordination, material tracking, file management
  • Support project success by reviewing and processing key documents
  • Assist with scheduling and progress tracking, helping keep projects on time and on budget
  • Contribute to financial health by monitoring costs and preparing progress payment requests
  • Participate in project meetings, learning how decisions are made around contract requirements, safety, and quality
  • Own close-out activities and documentation for successful project completion

  • Salary Range: $31.25 - $34.25
