About The Position

As a Construction Management Intern in the Vertical Construction group, you will support critical projects and contribute to solving real-life challenges in the construction industry. This role emphasizes continuous learning and innovation, allowing you to work closely with experienced Engineers and Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience in project design, compliance, and site evaluation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited program.
• Must be at least a rising Junior.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Nice To Haves

• 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Previous internship experience related to the field of study.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to construction project teams on critical projects.
• Review RFIs and submittals related to construction projects.
• Attend weekly project meetings and take meeting minutes.
• Create and manage project schedules.
• Create and review estimates and contractor proposals.
• Ensure that project schedules and budgets are maintained within acceptable parameters.
