About The Position

What You’ll Learn: The Architectural or Construction Management Intern will play an integral role in supporting project teams throughout the design and construction lifecycle. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to architectural coordination, construction management, and project documentation while working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This internship provides practical, real-world experience and serves as an entry point into future full-time opportunities within construction, architecture, or project management. Internship Overview: 10–12-week program beginning Summer 2026 Full-time, 40 hours per week; Monday–Friday schedule Competitive hourly pay Where You’ll Work: This is an Onsite position. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and project delivery processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Strong time management, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of architectural and construction activities.
  • Support the review and preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and submittals, while helping manage RFIs, change orders, and submittal logs.
  • Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, document observations, and track punch lists.
  • Update and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support compliance with design intent, building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Assist with quantity take-offs, cost comparisons, bid evaluations, sustainability initiatives, and coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
