About The Position

Fidelity National Financial – Florida Agency is seeking a Construction Loan Title and Escrow Officer that can update title, prepare endorsements, disburse funds. Prepare and review construction loan escrow agreements. They will work with FNF employees and agents along with lenders, owners, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years working in real estate, title insurance and escrowed funds.
• Live in the Southeast Florida area.
• Work out of our Miami and/or Sunrise offices.
• Communication and organizational skills
• searching title and taxes
• accounting/escrow experience
• team player as must
• Excel, Word, Microsoft and other company specific software.

Nice To Haves

• College and/or real estate paralegal is a plus.
