About The Position

The West Palm Beach office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired. Stellar academic credentials. Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. Requirements

3+ years of civil litigation experience
Prior insurance defense is required.
Stellar academic credentials.
Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy.
