About The Position

The Fort Myers office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Attorney interested in joining their litigation practice. Eight plus (8+) years experience in civil litigation required. Must have experience in Construction Defect Litigation. Insurance defense experience is a plus. Requirements

Eight plus (8+) years experience in civil litigation required.
Must have experience in Construction Defect Litigation.
Stellar academic credentials

Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel

Responsibilities

Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions
Respond to motions & discovery
Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements
Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
