The Construction Liaison serves as the primary link between homeowners, contractors, the HOA Board of Directors, and Powder’s Development & Construction team to ensure all construction, remodeling, and property modifications comply with governing documents, architectural standards, construction activity agreements, and local building and safety codes. This role is highly field-focused and responsible for conducting regular site inspections, supporting architectural review processes, tracking construction activity, and implementing compliance enforcement procedures under the direction of the HOA Manager. Through proactive communication, clear processes, consistent inspections, detailed documentation, and strong relationship with the ARC committee, the Construction Liaison assists with a seamless building process, protects community standards, safety, and overall neighborhood aesthetics while supporting a positive homeowner and builder experience.
