We’re looking for full-time Construction Laborers who are ready to hit the road. This is a traveling position, staying in hotels nightly, working hands-on outdoors, and building a long-term career in the telecom industry. What We Offer Good Pay: $19–$25/hr depending on experience Full Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Travel Perks: $60 daily per diem and company-paid hotel rooms Training & Growth: Paid training, certification renewals, and real chances to move up Steady Work: We’re a growing company with a full schedule and long-term contracts What We’re Looking For Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded Able to lift 75+ lbs and work on your feet most of the day Willing to travel and work overtime when needed (per diem and hotels provided) Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn Clean, insurable driving record required Class A CDL is a bonus if you have one, but not required What You’ll Do Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment Hand-dig to expose utilities using shovels, post hole diggers, or picks Help install conduit, fiber, vaults, pedestals, anchors, and other underground infrastructure Backfill and compact soil, clean up job sites, and restore property to its original condition Work safely around heavy equipment and live utilities Be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Follow directions, stay alert, and take pride in doing the job right What It Takes Ability to pass background and drug screening Clean, insurable driving record required; Class A CDL is a bonus but not required OSHA 10 Certification preferred; if not already certified, training is provided and paid for by the company Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and travel as required Willing to stay in hotels as part of a traveling crew Willing to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines Able to follow directions, read basic prints or layouts, and use hand tools safely Experience with digging, trenching, or construction work is preferred but not required Familiarity with underground utilities, fiber installation, or directional drilling is a plus Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn
