Summary of Essential Functions Demonstrates exceptional skills in: construction demolition, verbal instructions, large and small projects, work scheduling. Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Excellent work ethics and strong customer service, works well in a team environment, self-motivated and responsible, flexible and adaptive in an environment of change. Ability to achieve the highest quality production possible. Physical Requirements Be able to push, pull or lift at least 50 pounds. Be able to bend, kneel, stoop or stretch frequently. Must be able to work effectively in confined or elevated work spaces. Must possess four acute faculties of: seeing, hearing, touching and smelling.

• Performs all other tasks/responsibilities as necessary.
