About The Position

A Construction Laborer/CDL driver working within the Guardrail division of our company will be assisting with removing and installing installing guardrail, dig holes, load and unload material, etc. in highway medians. This is an entry-level position, any type of outdoor labor or construction work is desired. CDL A is highly desired.

Ability to perform manual labor as required in an outdoor environment in the heat, sun, cold, and rain .
This position can require working nights, weekends, and will require being out-of-town to work on projects that could be a week(s) at a time.
The employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, climb, use hands and fingers, talk, hear, view, and perform physically intense labor.
The employee uses hand strength to grasp tools and climb ladders or uneven terrain.
The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, such as operating and repairing vibrating machinery, using wrenches, hand tools, etc., and operating motorized equipment and vehicles.
The employee must lift or push/pull objects up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and the risk of electrical shock.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
