Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving a truck and trailer.
- Shows up on time, works steadily throughout the day, and follows through on responsibilities.
- Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
- Must provide basic hand tools and a tool belt.
Nice To Haves
- Construction, roofing, or framing experience is a plus.
- We provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates who are driven and willing to learn.
- Works well with a small crew, communicates clearly, and treats coworkers, customers, and equipment with care.
Responsibilities
- Drive a pickup truck to and from local job sites and occasionally pull a trailer.
- Learn framing, roofing, and siding through on-the-job training while working with the crew.
- Load materials and tools at the start of each day.
- Work on general construction tasks at active job sites.
- Clean up the job site and secure materials at the end of the day.
- Travel to job sites within a 2-hour radius, with occasional out-of-town work.
Benefits
- $24-$32 per hour, depending on experience
- Full-time position, typically 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. based on travel (meet at the shop around 5:50 a.m.)
