Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• A willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and transport them to designated areas on-site.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging trenches, and mixing concrete as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
