About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Assist construction teams with on-site project execution and coordination Support project documentation, materials tracking, and scheduling activities Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance with standards Contribute to quality control inspections and reporting Collaborate with experienced engineers and project managers on infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments
- Interest in learning and applying construction principles and technologies
- Basic understanding of construction safety and engineering processes
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
