Requirements

Ability to traverse up and down inclined surfaces
Ability to lift 50 lbs
A willingness to occasionally work long hours, atypical hours or weekends
Strong initiative (self-starter), problem-solving and communication skills, and attention to detail
Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and construction plans
Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
Provide valid US work authorization documents for E-Verify
Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results
Valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred
Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test
Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and will be subject to other types of drug and alcohol testing as permitted or required by law, to include random, post accident and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
The use of medical marijuana is prohibited in connection with safety-sensitive positions and will result in disqualification from such employment.
A valid state-issued medical marijuana card is not a valid exemption.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless service
Oversee crew members and supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Work in a variety of weather conditions
Perform tasks in a professional and safe manner
Must be willing to travel to project sites that may include out of town projects
Be able to take instructions from supervision on site and carry out tasks as instructed unsupervised with safety as a priority
