About The Position

Willborn Fueling Systems in Amarillo, TX is seeking to hire a full-time Construction Foreman to help oversee crews & projects typically located within a 5 hour radius of Amarillo, TX. Requirements

Someone >21 years old
Proven general construction experience
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to learn the specific needs of fueling system construction. Plenty of training is provided!
The desire & ability to motivate, inspire, coach, and get the best out of people
An eye for details, and a focus on both speed & accuracy
Willingness to travel, with frequent overnight stays. Hotel and per-diem provided
A great communicator, willing to effectively collaborate with other teams
Professionalism
The desire to be a master at your craft
Ability to pass pre-employment drug, background, and MVR checks
