About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Technicians to join our team. This role involves performing field testing of construction materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the construction field and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in construction materials testing (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as ACI, Nuclear Gauge, are preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on soils, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates in accordance with project specifications
• Conduct inspections of construction activities, including earthwork, concrete placement, and paving operations
• Monitor and document site conditions, test results, and daily activities
• Perform testing on soil, concrete, and aggregate samples
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of testing equipment, including nuclear density gauges
• Communicate test results and any non-compliance issues to project managers and clients
• Prepare detailed and accurate field reports in a timely manner
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry regulations
