Requirements

• No formal education is required, but a high school diploma is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or similar work is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, walking, and standing for long periods.
• Able to tolerate year-round outdoor weather in Florida.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel for projects and stay overnight as needed (overnight stays don't happen often).
• Self-motivated and dependable.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in construction or similar work is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools for daily operations.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clear debris, trash, and hazardous materials from the job site.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, barricades, and scaffolding.
• Assist contractors and other trades as needed.
• Support transport and operation of heavy machinery.
• Set up traffic signs and help regulate traffic when needed.
• Follow all health and safety protocols on site.
• Perform manual labor including digging holes, tunnels, and shafts.
• Assist with mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
• Assist in installation of underground utilities and general earthwork.
• Maintain clean and organized work sites.
