Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, is seeking a Construction Field Services Representative for Toll Integrated Systems (TIS), our wholly-owned component manufacturing company located in Raleigh, North Carolina. What is the opportunity? This position will be on-site 5 days per week. Provide world class support to service-area Project Teams in the effective use of TBI-created applications/processes and TIS-supplied products/materials. Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to openly collaborate. Able to work on Teams or as an individual contributor.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read construction plans and material takeoffs
  • Ability to work in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of wood framed or light gauge steel construction.
  • Knowledge of rough framing or finishing materials.
  • AutoCAD experience

Responsibilities

  • Order Review: Actively participate in the review process of all new House Orders. Follow-up on outstanding issues/incomplete information on the House Order.
  • Scheduling: Assist service-area Projects with weekly schedule process.
  • Delivery: Assist service-area Projects with resolution of delivery-related issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Coordinate/manage onsite repairs/replacement of materials.
  • Periodic Travel (including overnight): Review material use and delivered quality. Assist with issue resolution.
  • Projects related to onsite or offsite manufacturing.
