Construction Field Manager (Roofing & Exteriors) Location: Schaumburg, IL (60173) – Local Projects Run projects. Lead crews. Be home every night. M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a Construction Field Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects across the northwest suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews accountable, and customers happy. Requirements

• 2–5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling
• Experience managing crews or job sites
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
• Perform site visits and quality checks
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
• Communicate with homeowners and internal teams

Benefits

• Up to $85K base salary
• $12K performance bonus potential
• $3K sign-on bonus ($1K at 30/90/120 days)
