About The Position
Construction Field Manager (Roofing & Exteriors) Location: Schaumburg, IL (60173) – Local Projects Run projects. Lead crews. Be home every night. M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a Construction Field Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects across the northwest suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews accountable, and customers happy.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling
- Experience managing crews or job sites
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
- Perform site visits and quality checks
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
- Communicate with homeowners and internal teams
