About The Position

Revi Construction is seeking a reliable and motivated Construction & Facilities Technician to support both active construction projects and ongoing facilities maintenance needs. This role is ideal for someone with basic construction skills who is eager to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The position offers variety—ranging from construction tasks to maintaining and improving existing facilities—with opportunities to develop new skills as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in construction, facilities maintenance, or a related trade preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities in a growing company.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, and reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated surfaces when required.
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and noise.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
  • Must have sufficient vision, hearing, and physical coordination to safely perform job duties.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with construction projects including framing, drywall, carpentry, basic concrete work, and general site labor.
  • Perform routine and preventative facilities maintenance across properties.
  • Complete light repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Respond to maintenance and repair needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and facilities.
  • Safely operate and maintain hand and power tools.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and tasks—no two days will be the same.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding work progress, issues, and material needs.
  • Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job-site regulations.
  • Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
