Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in construction engineering or field engineering preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and engineering drawings for accuracy and feasibility
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
• Assist in resolving technical issues and field challenges as they arise
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Support procurement and material planning as needed
