Conduct thorough architectural reviews of drawings and specifications for developments seeking PHFA resources, from application to loan closing, for compliance with the Agency’s architectural and design requirements. Provide written comments to architects, developers, and other agency staff upon completion of each review. Participate on Development Team(s): Complete comprehensive architectural/engineering review of assigned applications and report results to development officer and other agency staff Review application costs for reasonableness. Conduct site visits to project sites when requested. Review all Financial Pro Forma project descriptions for accuracy of data. Review construction costs for accuracy, reasonableness and completeness. Assist the Technical Services’ Representatives in review of change orders and resolution of design related problems during the construction phase.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science - Architecture
- Relevant experience (3-6 years)
- Experience Relevant professional experience (2-5 years)
