The Construction Director will support Mega projects within an Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM) contract structure. This position plays a critical role in the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of construction projects, ranging from $750 and up into the Billions. The ideal candidate brings deep field leadership experience, strong project capabilities, and proven success managing construction projects of this scale. The Construction Director assures the quality and integrity of each project, bringing projects in on schedule and within budget. Using in-house construction management procedures and experience, provide continuity and consistency of construction management with quality assurance and reliable control. Responsible for management and execution of assigned construction project(s) in accordance with the requirements of the contract between the company and the client, and in accordance with the company’s operating policies and principles. Responsible for execution of the work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for the project. Manages and controls construction cost and schedule. Management of installation, commissioning and completion activities for hardware, plant and equipment. Senior management position requiring a very highly experienced professional.
