You’ll be on the move, visiting job sites, solving problems, and providing an exceptional experience for every homeowner. Requirements

Fluent in English – clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service Skills – ability to build trust, ease concerns, and deliver a positive experience.
Clean Driving Record – valid driver’s license required.
Reliable Transportation – must be able to travel daily to assigned job sites.
Organized & Detail-Oriented – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

Bi-lingual in spanish is preferred.
Roofing or Construction Experience Preferred – understanding of job site operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Ensure crews follow all company standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
Identify and address potential issues before they impact the project.
Provide excellent customer service by keeping homeowners informed throughout the project.
Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional, solution-focused manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for the homeowner during installation.
Verify crews have the necessary materials and tools before starting work.
Ensure projects start and finish according to schedule.
Maintain clear communication between crews, the production office, and leadership.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, craftsmanship, and compliance with specifications.
Document progress, issues, and completed work through photos and reports.
Step in to assist with immediate needs such as running materials or addressing unforeseen challenges.
Coordinate with suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
