About The Position

You’ll be on the move, visiting job sites, solving problems, and providing an exceptional experience for every homeowner. Requirements

  • Fluent in English – clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills – ability to build trust, ease concerns, and deliver a positive experience.
  • Clean Driving Record – valid driver’s license required.
  • Reliable Transportation – must be able to travel daily to assigned job sites.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual in spanish is preferred.
  • Roofing or Construction Experience Preferred – understanding of job site operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Ensure crews follow all company standards, safety protocols, and timelines.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they impact the project.
  • Provide excellent customer service by keeping homeowners informed throughout the project.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional, solution-focused manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the homeowner during installation.
  • Verify crews have the necessary materials and tools before starting work.
  • Ensure projects start and finish according to schedule.
  • Maintain clear communication between crews, the production office, and leadership.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, craftsmanship, and compliance with specifications.
  • Document progress, issues, and completed work through photos and reports.
  • Step in to assist with immediate needs such as running materials or addressing unforeseen challenges.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track.
