About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Construction Craft Timekeeping Administrator - Construction (Time and Materials | Non-Exempt) to support an engagement for a liquid waste contractor (Savannah River Remediation [SRR]) at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC, which is owned by the U.S. Department of Energy. This service supports Environmental Management Sector Clients and ProSidian Team Members (# FTe's: 1.1538461538461537) work as part of a Engagement Team Cadre (Labor Category 01113) to fulfil T&M - Time and Materials (T&M) requirements. Construction Craft Timekeeper Administrator CO 101 1. TIMEKEEPING In compliance with the SRR time reporting procedure S13, Section 1.7, perform time sheet distribution for craft employees. Provide oversight and assistance in completing these records and Construction Craft Timekeeping Administrator - Construction Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and Ensure all time sheets are returned and accounted for, including proper storage per procedure. Support/assist with Deltek – provide assistance/support to craft supervision with craft time entry, changes to time sheets, missing time sheets). Responsible for distribution of weekly craft payroll checks. Interface between Deltek Administrator and Craft regarding paycheck and time sheet corrections. Assure all corrections are accounted for (with proper approvals and signatures). Train new foremen (or personnel who have time entry access) on Deltek. Assist with Deltek annual training and any Construction Defense Contractors Audit Association (DCAA) Audits. Assist with interviews of employee regarding their understanding of the time collection system. Assisted with the implementation of Craft employee reviews and signing their time sheets. Requirements

  • The Construction Craft Timekeeping Administrator - Construction shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
  • All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.
  • The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
  • requisite work experience and technical skills to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the Construction Craft Timekeeping Administrators working and performing tasks in the Energy Industry (Oil and Gas / Power and Utilities / Nuclear Energy)
  • High school diploma (minimum)
  • 2+ years’ experience in an office environment, construction clerical experience preferred
  • Experience in time sheet and payroll preparation / review
  • Experience with Deltek, preferable
  • Advanced computer skills, with a minimum of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Candidates must possess a valid driver's license
  • Personal vehicles operated by candidate must have valid registration
  • Personal vehicles operated by candidate must be insured with proof of insurance within the vehicle
  • U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” (also referred to as an “Employment Authorization”) by the USG’s designated Security Office.
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance.
