About The Position

We are seeking a Part-time Construction Controller to join our team in Fort Worth. The Construction Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Controller in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor project financial performance and prepare financial reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist with audit preparation and tax compliance.
