We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Construction Contracts & Claims Administrator to manage our construction agreements and lead our insurance claims process. In this dual function role, you will be the primary point of contact for reviewing, negotiating, and administering project contracts and contractor change / purchase orders. Additionally, you will manage the claims negotiations, coordinate with insurance carriers, outside legal counsel, and oversee the lifecycle of all claims and related litigation. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in construction contract administration, risk management, or claims adjustment roles is required.
