The Construction Community Manager (AM) is a leadership role responsible for overseeing all construction field and office operations within their assigned area. This position serves as the primary point of contact for builders, manages escalations, coordinates subcontractors and field technicians, and ensures seamless execution of projects. Additionally, the Area Manager is instrumental in fostering strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and maintaining high safety and quality standards. This role will facilitate hybrid responsibilities in the field to include but not be limited to: Delivery of materials to assigned communities / sites Small punch roof repairs as needed (background in residential roofing is essential) The Area Manager is a key leader responsible for delivering operational excellence, maintaining strong relationships with builders, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
