About The Position

Join a dynamic construction and manufacturing organization located in Palm Beach County as an experienced Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks Online. This full-time, onsite role involves supporting the company's accounting, payroll, job cost tracking, and financial reporting for active projects.

Requirements

• Experience working as a Bookkeeper within the Construction or Manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong experience with progress billing, percentage complete, WIP schedules, retainage, and cost codes.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in an in-office environment.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AIA billing and payroll.
• Procore experience.
• Willing to sign NDA and complete 7-year background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Set up and manage customers, vendors, jobs, and cost codes in QBO.
• Process Accounts Payable, including vendor and subcontractor invoices.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, including progress billings and customer invoicing.
• Track job costs by project, phase, and cost category within QBO.
• Monitor retainage, deposits, and change orders.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations in QBO.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Support month-end and year-end close.
• Maintain organized project and financial documentation.
• Answer calls and communications with clients and vendors.
