About The Position

Manages and oversees the construction of new Centers or Departments including remodels. Also handles the day-to-day maintenance needs of the Bank by performing the following duties personally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite Order processing systems.
  • Current valid California Drivers License, will be required to drive 75-80% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Prepares Budgets/Estimating/Proposals for review and/or immediate submission.
  • Submittals: Coordinate/supervise with General Contractor.
  • Approves change orders.
  • Interfaces with Superintendent and General Contactor
  • Coordinates and interfaces with Superintendent in order to deal with day-to- day obstacles.
  • Day-to-day contact with Architect/Engineer.
  • Maintenance of job related documentation.
  • Hands on familiarization with the project site visitations and meetings.
  • Ability to read and understand and be familiar with; plans, Drawings, Specifications, Addendums etc.
  • Work with subcontractors, suppliers, utilities, city inspectors, organize and direct activities concerned with projects
  • Monitor and control project through managing the construction schedule and directing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Perform preventative maintenance work at all Centers and Departments including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC related equipment.
  • Supervise maintenance work as needed.
  • Complete work orders for service call requests by Centers or Departments
  • Perform daily inspections of all building systems on a recurrent schedule.
  • Respond to Center or Department complaints/request and follow up on ongoing problems.
  • Monitor and replace light fixtures as needed.
  • Maintain supply inventory.
  • Provide information for budget preparation.
  • Provide, present and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
