The Construction Analyst II is responsible for providing oversight to field accounting and materials management for construction projects. This role will assist in the supervision of our employees on temporary construction assignments, contract personnel used as field accountants, and materials specialists on construction projects. The ability to work independently and resolve a range of straightforward problems are keys to success! Requirements

Construction Analyst I Required: High School diploma/GED and some college or Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies
Construction Analyst II Required: High School diploma/GED, some college or Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of two (2) years’ experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Experience recruiting, training, mentoring others
Demonstrates construction accounting and materials management expertise
Ability to learn accounting systems, Oracle, and Powerplant

Nice To Haves

Construction Analyst I Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of two (2) years’ experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing
Construction Analyst II Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management or General Studies; minimum of five (5) years’ experience in administrative, accounting, invoicing

Responsibilities

Coordinates field construction accounting and materials management activities for all construction projects
Collaborates with others to recruit, train, supervise and evaluate construction accountants and material specialists
Administers temporary construction offices and office equipment
Generates project reporting and performs construction project closeouts
Collaborates with our business partners on project materials receipts and generates reconciliations
Other duties as assigned
