Overall project management during the construction phase. Act as a liaison between our design professionals, client representatives and the general contractor. Attend and may conduct job conferences both locally and possibly with some travel. Provide on-site construction observation as needed and respond directly to design, and construction issues posed by both contractors and construction managers. Prepare construction contract documents including Addenda and Architects Supplemental Instructions. Administration of the construction process including RFI and submittal review, change order review, field report preparation. Review of project budgets and payment applications. Required to work virtually, in-office, and on job site environments as needed.
