This position is responsible for performing consignment services and repair management administrative support functions. This positions consignment duties include: communicating with internal employees and the different consignors; works closely with the sales team to process consignment materials needed for repair either in-house or an outside vendor; finds vendors and repair costs for outside work, processes approvals, works with the shop leads on getting material completed, follows up with outside vendor on a weekly basis, collects shipping charges for all outside work, and makes sure exchange cores are received back in a timely fashion. Repair Management duties include: communication with the material owner; processing quotes/approvals for their material, and keeps track of material if they have an advanced exchange program. This position reports to the Repair Management & Consignment Manager and backs up the department as necessary. The position is highly visible and responsible for decision making that may have a significant impact on the organizations earnings, operations and image.
