About The Position
Big Sur Land Trust is seeking a conservation easement specialist to help protect and steward thousands of acres of Monterey County's most treasured landscapes. This role is perfect for someone passionate about conservation, detail-oriented, and skilled in both fieldwork and office-based compliance programs. What you'll do: Monitor and manage conservation easements and fee lands. Build strong relationships with landowners. Conduct field monitoring and GIS data collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in natural resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in conservation or land management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced GIS experience (ArcGIS Pro).
