Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies and ensure goals are met. Enterprise Responsibilities: Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends and communicates to leaders and partners the statistical analysis results and predictions Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management LOB Job Description: Strategy Implementation & Execution team within the Fraud Prevention & Detection organization is a centralized independent team responsible for deploying fraud strategies and platform initiatives. Responsibilities include working with various partners like project team, technology, strategies, execution, and operations from the inception of a project to deployment to come up with testing framework, test scenarios and post deployment validations. Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in a strategy environment. The Fraud Strategy Deployment individual contributor role is aligned to the Strategy Integration team within Client Protection. This team is a centralized, independent team responsible for deploying fraud strategies and platform initiatives. Responsibilities include working with various partners like project team, technology, strategies, execution, and operations from the inception of a project to deployment to produce testing framework, test scenarios and post deployment validations and monitoring rule performance. Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in a strategy environment. This position may be asked to cross-train on other Strategy Integration functions, like User Acceptance Testing (validation of end-user system changes through funded technology initiatives. Enterprise Role Overview Responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling for multiple products with the goal of maximizing profits and asset growth and minimizing risk and operating losses and/or other financial and marketing exposures. Develops complex program models to extract data and uses multiple databases to acquire statistical and financial data. Utilizes portfolio trends to propose policy/procedural changes within segmentation structure to produce optimal results. Excels at risk/reward trade off. Build relationships with external agencies. Participates in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion, independent judgment, the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and the utilization of core leadership behaviors. SAS and/or MicroStrategy experience preferred; 2-5 years experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong knowledge of Fraud and/or general knowledge of Fraud systems (i.e. EPIC, FLASH, Sentri, SFM, TSYS, Brainiac)
  • Testing experience (Systems, User Acceptance Testing, Automated Test tools)
  • Previous Testing experience
  • Basic project management knowledge or prior project management experience
  • Understanding of communications and self-service process
  • Training or formal education in business or other discipline
