What You’ll Be Doing As our Outbound Dialer, you’ll be the voice that connects with potential clients. You’ll dial warm leads generated by our impressive marketing machine and open the door for meaningful conversations that change lives. Requirements

Previous phone-based sales experience (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
A positive, can-do attitude that’s obvious from the first “hello”
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets
Self-motivation - you take ownership, solve problems, and get results
The ability to thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven culture
Must be able to work PST hours

Responsibilities

Make 1,000 dials per week (autodialer with 10–20% pickup rate) to warm leads
Assess client needs and schedule follow-up appointments with one of our setters
Keep detailed records and follow-up notes to keep the sales pipeline moving
Bring energy, focus, and a winning mindset to every call
