About The Position

The Connections Club is an all-day supervised activity engagement and wellness program. The Connections Club Coordinator will work with our Assisted Living residents to facilitate club meetings, design and implement meaningful activity programs, encourage members to participate in activities and wellness programs. The Connections Club Coordinator will monitor club members engagement and work with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate resident's responses to programming, and suggest alternative approaches.

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a state-approved or Nursing Assistant competency evaluation program, or a CNA competency evaluation program approved by the state.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
