Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar role—ideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and event planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
- Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
Responsibilities
- Planning and facilitating a variety of social, recreational, and wellness activities.
- Develop innovative programs that reflect residents’ interests and passions.
