About The Position

In this role you will be assisting with reviewing incoming correspondence and processing Conlan Reimbursement Claims for the Member community of Medi-Cal. Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.
12 months minimum, or more years of customer service and/or medical related experience.
Ability to follow stringent protocols for policy operations
Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
Experience working with computer software and telephone technology and skilled in the use of help desk software.

Strong communication skills, especially regarding email communication.
Ability to take on special projects as needed.
Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and other similar computer programs.

Responsibilities

Process Conlan Claims in accordance with existing Court Order Guidelines.
Ensure all Member Reimbursement request letters, incomplete, approvals, and denials are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to release.
Conduct Letter Review and Analysis for received correspondence.
Generate acknowledgment and claim status letters to submitters-Correspondence.
Maintain and submit weekly production inventory reports.
