About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Conformal Coating Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for spraying boards with conformal coating to protect them from environmental factors. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating conformal coating equipment and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in operating conformal coating equipment
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Operate conformal coating equipment to spray boards
- Ensure that the coating is applied evenly and consistently
- Inspect boards for any defects or imperfections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
