As a Conflicts Analyst, you'll serve as a key guardian of ethical compliance—helping ensure that every new client, matter, and attorney relationship aligns with professional standards. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of legal ethics and professional conduct rules
  • Experience working in a law firm conflicts or risk management role
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Intapp Open or similar conflicts software (a plus)
  • Juris Doctor degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and analyze conflict checks for new business, clients, and attorney hires
  • Provide preliminary guidance and assist attorneys in identifying and resolving potential ethical or business conflicts
  • Research client backgrounds using internal databases and external tools to flag potential risks
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with professional conduct standards
  • Support the Business Review Committee and Firm Counsel with detailed conflict reports
  • Participate in client intake and software-related projects, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Handle sensitive data with professionalism and discretion
