Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field OR Four (4) years of Configuration Management experience (in lieu of the degree).
  • Four (4) years of Configuration Management experience.
  • Communication skills to actively interface with military officials, managers, and subordinates.
  • Top Secret – IT-I (Tier 5) must be able to attain SCI and HCS/G/NATO read-on/access.
  • U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all aspects of Configuration Management.
  • Responsible for configuration management planning, including organizing audits of the IT infrastructure and identifying unauthorized CIs.
  • Ensures only approved and validated changes are implemented.
  • Prepares configuration documentation and maintains the Configuration Management (CM) database.
  • Prepares reports and management information, including impact analysis reports and configuration status reports.
