Saalex Corporation is seeking multiple Configuration Manager Analyst I in Tidewater, VA and San Diego, CA. The Configuration Manager Analyst I supports the Navy Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN) by managing configuration control processes, documentation, and system baselines for IT, cybersecurity, and engineering systems supporting global Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) environments.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in configuration management, IT, engineering, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with configuration management principles, tools, or documentation processes.
- Familiarity with CM tools (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, CM databases, or version control systems).
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs.
- Familiarity with EIA-649, ITIL, or similar configuration management frameworks.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or system baselines.
Responsibilities
- Support configuration management (CM) activities for IT systems and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining configuration baselines and tracking configuration items (CIs).
- Support documentation of system changes, updates, and version control.
- Assist with configuration control processes and change tracking.
- Maintain CM records, logs, and documentation repositories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather and update configuration data.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
