About The Position

Signalink is looking to hire a Configuration Management Analyst who will work with a diverse team comprised of engineering, logistics and aircraft professionals. Responsibilities and Duties Apply well-developed analytical skills, CM methodologies, and established military/industry standards to manage configuration data across system development, integration, testing, and sustainment. Maintain configuration baselines for hardware, software, documentation, and interface control, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and full traceability. Review and track Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Notices of Revision (NORs); coordinate with engineering and program teams to reconcile discrepancies and maintain current documentation. Support the integration and review of technical data packages, drawings, specifications, version histories, and change documentation. Validate configuration data in CM databases, ensuring updates are accurate, timely, and compliant with applicable standards. Prepare reports, metrics, and audit findings for program leadership and configuration control boards. Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma 10–15 years’ experience in configuration management, technical data management, or a similar discipline, preferably within DoD or aviation programs Familiarity with CM processes such as configuration identification, control, status accounting, verification/audit, and document control Experience working with CM/PLM systems or databases (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, MIL-STD-based systems) Ability to travel up to 10% Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one Preferred Experience and Knowledge Knowledge of Army or DoD CM standards and documentation requirements, including MIL-HDBK-61, EIA-649, and related policies Proficiency in interpreting and managing technical documentation such as engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), interface control documents (ICDs), and software versioning artifacts Understanding of lifecycle support for aviation systems, including how configuration decisions affect sustainment, logistics, and airworthiness Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment What We Offer: Our industry-leading benefits package goes above and beyond competitive salary commensuration for those just beginning their career and seasoned professionals alike. Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma
10–15 years’ experience in configuration management, technical data management, or a similar discipline, preferably within DoD or aviation programs
Familiarity with CM processes such as configuration identification, control, status accounting, verification/audit, and document control
