This will be a hybrid position in Jefferson City, MO with onsite required for major milestones and working sessions. Role overview: Lead configuration delivery on the Tyler/entellitrak platform for a statewide HCBS case management system. Drive a configure-first approach, ensuring scalable, secure, maintainable configuration aligned to requirements and phased rollout, including billing/claims functionality in Phase 2.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing a case management system of similar scope/size
• Proven experience leading configuration workstreams on a case management/workflow platform
• Extensive experience configuring billing/financial workflows tied to service authorization and service delivery
• Experience supporting iterative Agile releases and multiple environments (dev/test/UAT/training/prod)

Responsibilities

• Configure workflows, queues, tasks, forms, notifications, security roles, and portal experiences
• Configure billing/claims-related workflows, validations, and role controls to align with authorization and service delivery rules
• Establish and enforce configuration standards, naming conventions, and promotion processes
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into configuration deliverables each sprint
• Support testing/UAT, defect resolution, and go-live readiness for each phase
